What's New

--include-agents flag — include subagent conversations in both search and extraction
Search mode — match counts now include hits from subagent files when flag is set
Extraction mode — subagent conversations are appended after the main session, each with an AGENT: header showing slug and agentId
Default is off — existing behavior is unchanged without the flag
