What's New

• New /find-chat command: a natural-language-provoked bridge that identifies WHICH past session you mean (id, date, opening prompt) and hands off to /summarize-chat or /search-chat.
• Scoped to the current project by default; say "all projects" to widen. Optional shallow topic filter over each session's opening messages.
• New --list mode on the search engine powering the command; trimmed overlapping trigger phrases from /search-chat so the two commands no longer compete for "which session?" intents.
