• Added extract_session_stub.py — pulls a session ID (full UUID or 8-char short form) out of messy text such as a status-bar copy-paste, groundwork for more forgiving session resolution
• .gitignore now excludes runtime lock-file directories (pid/procStart markers) so they no longer dirty the working tree
