Abstract away LiteLLM-specific naming in favor of generic "ai-gateway" terminology. File renames, export names, type names, function names, and error messages updated. DB setting key strings kept as enterprise_litellm_* for migration safety. API path updated from /api/20x/litellm to /api/20x/ai-gateway. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
