[TASK-6910] feat: add user hit with pwa usage metrics

On login, check for pwa status and hit a metric on the backend. With this we will be able to know the number of users using PWA and also frequency of use.

New deps

• js-cookie is a very small dep with no deps on its own and is a very useful interface to interact with cookies from the client

• Add NEXT_PUBLIC_PEANUT_API_URL env to vercel, with this we can call endpoints in our backend without proxying through next
