v0.1.2 — Claude Desktop Extension (.mcpb) + tool annotations

Adds Claude Desktop Extension packaging and behavioral tool annotations.

One-click Claude Desktop install: download pedra-mcp-0.1.2.mcpb below and double-click it (or drag into Claude Desktop → Settings → Extensions). You'll be prompted for your PEDRA_API_KEY.
