Official ProGuard/R8 rules for RootEncoder

Thanks for the amazing library!

We are optimizing our app by enabling minifyEnabled and shrinkResources. To avoid any runtime issues with reflection or native code, could you please provide or add the official ProGuard rules?

Since you understand the library's architecture best, your recommended rules would ensure everything works perfectly after obfuscation.

Hello,

RootEncoder is proguard friendly.
The only native code is in UVCCameraSource inside of extra-source module (optional) and that the dependency already add his own proguard automatically.
Anyway, only to make sure that proguard apply correctly to this case you can get proguard rules from UVCAndroid library readme:

About reflection the only dependency that use it is bouncycastle but the part of the library used in RootEncoder doesn't use reflection (I tested it), anyway this dependency is only used in whip module.
