Pull request overview
Adds GitHub Actions linting via zizmor to catch workflow issues (per Issue #77), while tightening some workflow security settings.
Changes:
- Add a new
zizmorjob to lint GitHub Actions workflows. - Disable credential persistence in
actions/checkout(persist-credentials: false). - Update pinned commit SHAs for
