[general] Initial user login

Steps to replicate:

• go to staging exchange
• Delete all your addresses from the local storage
• refresh so your current metamask address is added to local storage
• go to WeiBeast page

Problem:

• when I initially logged in, my summary view disappeared and I couldn't use the application.

Fix:

• when I refreshed, the issue was fixed and summary was loaded
