Summary

overhaul rampart.sh homepage positioning for the v0.9.19 runway
redesign the hero into a stronger split layout with live policy-decision visual
replace generic emoji feature cards with product-mechanics sections: enforcement flow, seatbelt examples, response scanning, and integration matrix
add concrete threat examples, platform truth cards, numbers band, YAML policy section, founder story, and Rampart + Snare ecosystem section
update homepage SEO title/description, OG dimensions, JSON-LD software metadata, sitemap date, and OG social image
