[Tickets] Users without role can't create ticket

If a user has no role (was not needed until now since we created and assigned the servers manually) they can only view their tickets but have no option to create one

I have v1.0.0 and don't see any update and the plugin even in the git says v1.0.0 so probably yes?

It's always 1.0.0, there currently is no versioning. When did you download the plugin?
Or, if you unsure, download the plugin again.
