Allow change app timezone

Looks like the timezone for logs and the whole app are hardcoded to UTC, i feel can be good allow change this.

That's intentional. The timezone is configured per user, in their profile.

As someone who has to deal with people globally, logging in UTC makes the most sense.

Needing to convert between anything non-utc to my own local time is essentially asking to make mistakes looking at a log.

Hmm okay make sense then (maybe can be good add a mention for that in the logs 0age because when enter i supposed i just misconfigured any xd)
