how to include OSGEarth in CMakeLists.txt for version 3.5 on Windows 11 x64

I am trying to add the OSGEarth to the CMakeLists.txt for my project but it keeps giving me errors.

However, I still get the below errors.

It only works when i pass the path itself like below:
