chore(collector): bump to v0.0.8

First release with GitLab support in the parser. v0.0.7 binaries dropped
gitlab.com remotes client-side because parseRemote() was GitHub-only;
v0.0.8 picks them up and tags sessions with provider='gitlab' so the
server's resolveOrgId() can match against GitLab orgs.

Existing v0.0.7 installs do not auto-update — customers wanting GitLab
data need to re-run the install.sh / install.ps1 one-liner.
