Colored Collapsible Blocks?

The new collapsible blocks are super cool and useful ( #1344 #1382 )! Thanks @ribbal !

Now, how feasible is it to add the color options that we have available to callouts? Say I want a collapsible block to grab the readers attention by coloring it orange. Can we chain together :::collapsed with :::orange?

Or perhaps something like you ( @perber ) describe in #1344 (reply in thread)

For example, :::collapsed{attr=orange}?

I know your intention for that particular format was for macros so perhaps something more like :::collapsed-orange would make more sense.

What do you think?
