Documentation + tests release:
- Add per-journal docs (docs/journals/<name>.md)
- Document external dependencies (pandoc, TeX Live, rsync) in README
- Lead Installation with the published PyPI package
- Add tests/ (60 unit + integration tests) and wire pytest into the CI workflow
- Fix normalize_metadata() returning True for MetaBool(False)
- Fix copernicus template UndefinedError on running.author without a running yaml block
