Getting Started

1. Choose a bootstrap — Match your task: Standard (general), Image, Video, Audio, or Slides. Get the file from the repo (root or bootstrap-image/, bootstrap-video/, etc.).

2. Copy the entire bootstrap — Open the .md file (e.g. bootstrap_lite_en.md or bootstrap_lite_image_en.md), select all, copy.

3. Paste as first message — In your AI chat (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Cursor), paste the bootstrap as the first message of a new conversation.

4. Wait for confirmation — You should see a reply like "PCL-Lite Bootstrap v1.0 Ready" or "Available: 22 personas | 10 teams" (or 12 personas for Image/Video/Audio/Slides).

5. Use /persona commands — Examples:

   • /persona list — List personas
   • /persona +ARCHI +SEC — Activate personas (Standard)
   • /persona +VISUAL_DESIGNER +A11Y_VISUAL — Activate personas (Image)
   • /persona task "Your task here" — Ask the active personas to do something
   • /persona status — Show active personas and context
