Adds an unlocked scroll mode to
@finos/perspective-viewer-datagrid, which allows sub-cell scrolling when enabled via the respective new button in the toolbar. Based on theregular-tablesub-cell scrolling added in finos/regular-table#151.This PR changes the format for the Datagrid plugin's
plugin_configparameter, support for which has been added to the@finos/perspective-viewer/dist/cjs/migrate.jsmigration module.
