Fix chart bugs, add deploy scripts

• Fixes a bug which caused real-time charts to not work with expand/fit axis mode.
• Fixes a bug which caused zoom to become stuck on the wrong window if data is updated while zoomed in.
• Fixes restore precedence for plugin_config and columns_config.
• Fixes zooming on datetime axes.
• Fixes initial gradient auto generation for styles that require extents (bar datagrid style).
• Adds a deploy script for the docs page.
