I created a skeleton of test folders for Perturbo.
Since we have to separate the test files for Perturbo and perturbopy, I suggest having two subroot folders: tests_perturbo and tests_perturbopy (not created).
A script perturbo.py is in the folder: perturbopy/tests/tests_perturbo/test_template
And the reference is here: perturbopy/tests/refs_perturbo/test_template
The objects to compare are "output_number" and "matrix". Both have a field "values" containing the numbers.
More info as well as todos are in the file: perturbopy/tests/tests_perturbo/test_template/pert.yml
In perturbo.py there is an example how to load a YAML file.
