I think we said we aren't merging to ours, please leave a comment if you think its ok. Its just a copy and paste from simple switch, it will let us use the packet path values in bmv2. This is also blocking our bmv2 PR.

packets being recirculated simultaneously

* Change precedence of '<' based on symbol immediately before it

- if the symbol before it is something that expects template args, we
  use a higher precedence (same as postfix operators) rather than
  normal less-than precedence.

Fixes issue #13

* Extend symbol table to track object types
