Download all three files (DAV2Encoder.exe, DAV2Encoder.7z.001, DAV2Encoder.7z.002) as this is a multi part archive due to Github's 2GB file size upload limitation. Run "DAV2Encoder.exe" and it will prompt you where to extract the application. Once extracted, the application will be in a folder named "DAV2Encoder". There are 2 executables in this folder, "ConvertImages.exe" and "ConvertVideo.exe". The first is for converting still images, jpegs, pngs, etc., and the second is for converting video files.
