🔧 Fix: Automated Publishing & Python Version Metadata

This release fixes automated publishing to PyPI and corrects Python version metadata.

Changes:

  • ✅ Fixes automated publishing workflow
  • ✅ Updates Python requirement to >=3.10 (matches CI/CD testing)
  • ✅ Removes Python 3.9 from classifiers
  • ✅ Updates PyPI README with pip install instructions
