Solved my own problem

I have a ryzen 7 9800x3d and a radeon RX 9070 XT and for the life of me I couldn't figure out why Odysseus wouldn't find my GPU in docker or in the native windows install. It took me about 6h but I figured out I had to completely disable the internal graphics on my 9800x3d from bios, even though the displayport cable comes straight out of my GPU.

Just thought I'd leave this here if anyone else is wondering why their GPU isn't showing up

That’s the kind of weird hardware/setup detail that could save someone else a lot of time. Could you share a bit more info, like the exact BIOS setting name, your motherboard model, AMD driver version etc?
If we collect enough details, we can probably turn this into a proper troubleshooting/known issues note.

Ye sure. I have a MSI MAG B850 TOMAHAWK MAX WIFI motherboard. Other probably not that relevant system info:

Ryzen 7 9800X3D
2x16GB DDR5
Radeon RX 9070 XT 16GB VRAM - Adrenaline Edition driver version 26.5.2 (I just realized my drivers are cooked cause my pc thinks I have AMD PRO drivers installed but I don't, I only installed rocm via pro driver setup, not the actual graphics card drivers)

The settings in the BIOS are under Advanced>Advanced>Integrated Graphics Configuration
Make sure you have "Initiate Graphics Adapter" on PEG and not IDG
Disable "Integrated Graphics Card"
I also disabled the "HybridGraphics" setting, not sure if that's necessary
