how do i update odysseus

hey im new to github i setup odysseus but how do i update to all the new improvements since this is a gitclone install and not a simple npm or other packer manager install i have no idea what to do

Hello! I assume, if I use it in Docker Desktop, after git fetch && git pull I need to re-do docker container with docker compose up -d --build ?

Only if the docker compose config was changed.

Is this the way for native Linux? Can I just pull the repo, install the deps and run uvicorn again?

Fetch => Updates the origin ref (Check for update. Without, your machine does not know there is an update)
Pull => Pulls the origin to your local machine (Download update)

should specify this in the documentation

As i know the already shipped an update script. But i am to lazy to look again :)

yes, git pull and rerun the server was enough

You can also ask Odysseus itself on how to fetch updates and pull the updates using GIT.
And basically any other tool you can ask about it, after all Odysseus is here to help and improve 🙂
