Release of bdp_template 4.0.0

Get the BdP Template ready for TYPO3 10.4 LTS

Important:

Drop Support for TYPO3 8.7.x. The 4.x.x Releases support only TYPO3 10.4.x LTS.
This major release is a complete rewrite of the template and contains many breaking changes.

It is highly recommended to install TYPO3 via Composer.
