deletion of API key triggers an error and logout

Describe the bug
I installed the rest api package as instructed by the documentation. After that, I started inspecting the settings.

Without activating, i tried to create a api key which worked. While deleting the key,

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to System -> REST API -> Keys
2. Click on '+Add' and create a key.
3. Click on 'Keys' to see the list of keys
4. Click delete icon to delete the key and confirm
5. Click any link on the page.example Settings
6. See error: "No page assigned to this user! Click here to logout."

Expected behavior
It is expected to stay logged in after deleting a api key.

Thanks for reporting this issue. The page you get usually occurs when the PHP session expires or is otherwise invalid, I'm assuming something is clobbering the session during this action and forcing you to re-authenticate. I'll track it down and get a fix for this in the next patch.

Thank you for taking a look. I was able to reproduce it every time so far. But I also have an issue cousing cron emails to be sent . In fact 2 every hour.

Do you think it is related to this issue or shall I file another issue?
