WAN Interface down after fatal pfREST crash

Describe the bug
A bug in the v2.03 package shut down the WAN interface of one of our production firewalls today.
The crash report from pfSense is below. The interface only worked again after manually unplugging and reinserting the uplink.

v2.0.3 is quite outdated — there have been many improvements and security fixes since then, so I strongly recommend updating.

That said, this error is a result of the WAN link being down, not the cause. The function in question simply makes an API call to GitHub and doesn’t modify the system. The error occurred while fetching/caching available releases for the package from GitHub (#543), and it has been resolved as of v2.1.3. Aside from the cache file not updating as expected, this error doesn't impact the API or the system.

Again, I highly recommend upgrading. If you believe the package is responsible for the WAN interface being down beyond this error, please share steps to reproduce or provide a crash report showing the issue on the latest version. I'm happy to reopen and investigate further from there.
