Trying to configure Telegraf via pfsensible.core

Development of these modules is primarily driven by the needs of the developer(s) who have very limited time. We don't have a telegraf module yet and unlikely will without help. PRs are welcome.

could I patch my local collection somehow? I'd need the features asap ... thanks for hints

I've generally been considering that separate packages should have their own collection, e.g. pfsensble.telegraf, but perhaps if it is simple enough to just be a single module it would be fine in core. I would want a separate PR though.
