Question about db restriction

In the Server Registration → Advanced tab of pgAdmin 4, there is the option to restrict databases with a custom SQL query. The documentation says:

“Select the SQL option to provide a SQL restriction that will be used against the pg_database table to limit the databases that you see.”

I would like to use this feature to show only a specific database by providing its name from a dedicated db.

Is there a variable like %HOSTNAME% who the username who logged in? We are using ms entera id and I need to restrict to the users db identified by a table.
