Too Many 401 Unauthorized based login and Blank Website

When browser the pgadmin Website, many times occured Blank Website, we restart or purge the webiste cookies, it is will be ok. Check the pgAdmin logs Find too many 401 Status Code.

We have set those env with pgAdmin Container, but does not works:
PGADMIN_CONFIG_APPLICATION_ROOT=/browser
PGADMIN_CONFIG_SESSION_COOKIE_PATH=/browser
PGADMIN_CONFIG_SESSION_COOKIE_SECURE=True
PGADMIN_CONFIG_SESSION_COOKIE_SAMESITE=None
