v6.2.0 adds branch-preserving worktree deletion and improves the reliability of Phantom's packaged CLI and test pipeline.

Keep branches when deleting worktrees (#433)

You can now delete a worktree without deleting its Git branch. This works from the CLI, from MCP clients, and as a global Phantom preference.

# Delete only the worktree and keep the branch
phantom delete feature-auth --keep-branch

# Make branch preservation your default
phantom preferences set keepBranch true
