v3.2.4
A big polish release built from real-user feedback and a full UI/UX pass.
Fewer reasons to restart your PS5. If the helper gets stuck, the app now
detects and force-clears the previous instance on its own before sending the
new one — so you usually don't have to reboot the console or kill it by hand
anymore. Verified on FW 5.10 and 9.60.
Packages & USB.
- Install a
.pkgstraight from the File System browser — right where the
file sits, no detour through the scan. - PS4 packages now show up reliably with the correct PS4/PS5 badge, and
scanning USB/external drives for packages is much faster. - The "copying to your PS5" notice now explains it's a temporary stage that's
removed after install, so it won't fill up your SSD.
Save data & screens.
- Save data shows the game's name next to its ID (e.g. "Saros
(PPSA07631)"), and missing save thumbnails now fall back to cover art. - Unplugging a USB drive in the File System browser drops you back to
/data
instead of throwing an error. - Installed Apps no longer flashes a "needs ShadowMount+" warning on load, and
Play is clearly disabled (not just failing) for disc games that need it.
A clearer, more consistent app.
- Payloads moved next to Connection in the sidebar — sending the helper
is a setup step, so it now lives with "get started". - Added an automatic update check (on by default) that notifies you when a
new version is out. - Tidier loading states, consistent modals, clearer labels and terminology, a
redesigned bottom status bar, and accessibility improvements throughout — in
all 18 languages.
