Installs you can watch from anywhere, plus a few handy touches.

• Installs now show in the activity bar at the bottom, with a live %. Start
  an install and it appears in the bottom activity strip just like uploads and
  downloads do — so you can browse the rest of the app and still see what's
  progressing and how far along it is.
• A toast pops on the PS5 itself when an install finishes (in addition to
  the in-app notification), so you get the "done" confirmation on the console
  screen even when the app isn't in front of you.
• Drag a payload file onto the Send file screen to fill in its path — no
  need to click Choose every time.
• The File System returns to /data when a folder no longer exists. Land on a
  remembered path that's since been deleted (or an unplugged drive) and it now
  drops you back to /data with a note, instead of a stuck error.
