A data-loss fix.
- "Auto Delete after installation" is now actually respected. With it OFF,
an uploaded PKG was still being deleted after install — because the engine
always cleaned up the staged file regardless of the setting. It now keeps the
PKG when you ask it to. The same fix stops the File System → Install action
from deleting a PKG you point it at in place. - Better install logging. Bug reports now capture your Auto Install / Auto
Delete settings and log the exact install/delete decision for each PKG, so
issues like this are diagnosable without a repro.
