Create as Quarto file and update renv with dependencies
Use test data from {admiral.test} for now but note this is undergoing a rebrand and some clean-ups during Q3 as {admiraldata}
Derive an extra variable that could be used in a table example, and ensure all required variables exist to enable the TLFs and Shiny app to run
