Spectators

We need to add Spectators to games. I'd like to have them on the same NMS Team, so they can see each other as ghosts.

Hi there, this would be an easy fix, so when the game starts, add all of the players to an ArrayList, when one dies, make it so the onDeath event will check if they are on the list, then remove them and add them to the Spectator team.
