Add support for drush coder-review

If it does not require a module to be enabled simply to run, let's see about using coder review. Between coder review & phpcs, we can automate most of the nit-picky parts of a code review.

This also seems to have overlap with #23, though the site-audit functionality is not an implementation of Drupal standards but rather a bundling of current best practice checkers.

This should be folded into grunt analyze.
