Video not working on firefox

On firefox the video game object is not working in some devices.

This example works in some devices and it also works canvas mode but it stops showing the video on firefox in android.

Which devices? Not all devices can play all video formats.

The computer is a windows 11 with a intel 11700k and a nvidia gtx 1650 and the android is a realme gt neo 3t, but it works correctly in other browsers the only problem is firefox.

@UnaiNeuronUp is this still an issue? If so, what version of Firefox are you using? It's likely browser related rather than hardware.

Switch the video file type to WEBM, Firefox doesn't fully support MP4 because it uses patented compression.

Phaser is quite clever and allows you to load multiple formats for the same video. The engine will detect which browser the player is using and automatically select the file that is compatible for playback.
