This PR includes the following changes :-
Make 'Getting Started' file as the default file, which means that if users clicks on the API button, they will first be taken to getting started file, which will include a brief description of all the files and API-Reference directory.
Added 2 files i.e. 'Writing-extension-and-themes' and 'available-standard-libraries'.
