CS361 Hunger Connect

1. As a user, I want to see the map of the world indicating areas that need donations.
2. As a user, I want to click on a location and donate to that region.
3. As a user, I want to click on a location and see how everyone's donations are effecting the region.
4. As a user, I want to have a dashboard that aggregates all the regions I have donated to and see updates form the region.
5. As a user, I want to see what regions my friends have donated to.
6. As a charity, I want to be able to apply to have access to submit regions.
7. As a charity, I want to be able to add regions to the map.
8. As a charity, I want to be able to upload pictures, text, and video relevant to a specific region.
9. As a system administrator, I want to be able to view requested regions that needed to be added.
10. As a system administrator, I want to be able to authorize new charities.
