Add notebooks on modelling #200
Description
In #192 a tutorial was added with chapters on datasets and modelling. However, the modelling notebooks still need to be written. It would be nice to include a notebook on:
- SKLearn + Pycaret (general) + InterpretML (as a cool example of third-party model)
- MERF: as a modified third party-package which can be combined with other tools
- Pyphenology: comparison between ML and physical models
