Very few faces detected

Face detection basically works in my installation, but just a few faces are found.
I uploaded about 200 photos with different images, like portraits, group photos or any image with people.
There should be around 40 different faces, but just 5 are shown in photoprism.
These 5 are perfectly found in all photos, no matter if it is low or high quality or portrait or group in background.

Even the docker log of photoprism shows lines like
vision: found 10 faces in 2025....

But photoprism always shows just the same 5 faces as detected.

I tested with reset and rescan, always the same.

What could be the reason for the missing faces (even when tensorflow seems to have detected them according to logs).

Please note that on the new faces page only face clusters are shown. There might be more faces detected. To find all photos with untagged faces you can search for face:new.

Ah, got it.
Yes this works perfectly.

It was just confusing because the first 5 found face where shown the People menu and I was able to give them a name.
Now that I added more names to new faces via the edit photo function, they appear in the People menu too.

After editing the new faces of a few images of face:new, I thought other images with these faces will automatically get the names of the faces.
But it seems I need to edit really all images even with same faces I already gave names.
Why other faces (besides my mentioned 5 above) do not get this face clustering?
