Summary

  • update python requirements
  • use new python 3.7 syntax
  • use Docker image circleci/python:3.7-buster-node-browsers
  • use base Docker image python:3.7 in Dockerfile
  • merge branch thinkh/22_update-dependencies into python_3.7
