Summary

  • Add an ADR index and naming/format guidance under docs/internals.
  • Capture initial decisions for wiki preview branches, reports Pages previews, sync preservation behavior, and resource stubs calling reusable workflows.
  • Link ADRs from the internals architecture documentation.

Verification

  • git diff --check
  • composer dev-tools docs
