Why react/cache is locked to version ^0.4?

I am using version ^1.1 of this package, so I can't install PHP-PM in my project.

I can install PHP-PM globally, but I want to have it installed as a part of my app so deployments will be easier.

Any reasons to lock react/cache to that old version?

It's a good question. I believe we don't use that dependency anymore, I guess we could remove it. @andig?

  Problem 1
    - Root composer.json requires php-pm/php-pm ^2.2 -> satisfiable by php-pm/php-pm[2.2.0].
    - php-pm/php-pm 2.2.0 requires react/cache ^0.4 -> found react/cache[v0.4.0, v0.4.1, v0.4.2] but the package is fixed to v1.0.0 (lock file version) by a partial update and that version does not match. Make sure you list it as an argument for the update command.

@domgraziano Install it globally, i.e. composer global install php-pm/php-pm or follow wiki or use with docker until the mentioned pull request gets merged.
