PHP 8.2.0 Windows is missing the Zip extension

Description

According to the documentation (https://www.php.net/manual/en/zip.installation.php), the Zip extension should be built-in for the Windows version of PHP. In PHP 8.2.0 however it is missing.

Thank you for the information. You are of course correct, I found the extension DLL in the ext directory. I didn't notice it before. Sorry.
