Sincronización de los 32 archivos ES con php/doc-en#5570. EN-Revision actualizado a ee1ce6a (sin cambiar el Maintainer). Únicos cambios de contenido: F_SETLLW -> F_SETLKW en dio_fcntl y $date -> $data en el ejemplo de dio_tcsetattr.
