Mise a jour des 11 fichiers pgsql pour refleter les signatures corrigees dans doc-en: types de retour union string|false / int|false, renommage des parametres (data -> string, stmtname -> statement_name, pathname -> filename, object_id -> oid, param_name -> name, data -> query). Fixes php#2751
