Apply upstream PR #5586 (codespell typos in bundled extensions) to doc-ru. Russian translations are independent of the English typos, so the changes are dominated by EN-Revision bumps and mirrored
<para>→<simpara>tag swaps. One literal label fix inreference/fpm/status.xml(proccess manager→process manager, kept English as it is the FPM output column name). Existing Maintainers kept.Closes #1399.
